Warranty periods for King Living products
Indoor Products:
- Steel or alloy frames: 25 years
- Sofa accessories: 2 years
- Electrical accessories: 1 year (12 months)
- Other components (including foam, feather and fiber fillings, suspension, springs, mechanisms, hydraulics, zippers, touch fasteners, and legs): 15 years (according to Pro Rata Schedule)
- King Leather and King Fabric components: 5 years (according to Pro Rata Schedule
Outdoor Products:
6. Steel or alloy frames: 10 years
- Coating and surface: 5 years
- Components (including King Fabrics, foam, feather and fibre fillings, suspension, springs, mechanisms, zippers, touch fasteners, legs, and outdoor accessories): 2 years
- Accessories and WeatherGuard covers: 2 years
- King Rope: 5 years
- Sunbrella upholstery, specialty fabrics, and decorative shade fabrics: 5 years
Electronics and Motion Components:
12. Electronics and motion components of all King Living branded products: 2 years
- Electronics and motion components of all King branded products (with purchase of a 3-Year Extended Warranty): 5 years (total of the 2-year warranty plus 3-Year Extended Warranty)
Other Products:
14. Sleep+ products (excluding Fit Cover): 15 years (according to Pro Rata Schedule)
- Fit Cover: 2 years
- Case Goods & King bedroom, dining room, living room, and furnishing products: 2 years
- King lighting products: 1 year
- Rugs by King: 2 years
Commercial Products:
19. Steel or alloy frames: 10 years

Warranty Exclusions for King Living Products

Exclusions for Indoor and Outdoor Products:
- Components and products used for commercial purposes
Exclusions for Steel or Alloy Frames:
- Surface corrosion of steel furniture and parts in harsh seafront locations or confined chlorinated environments
Exclusions for Coating and Surface:
- Minor corrosion spots at the weld joins
- Surface corrosion originating from scratches or abrasions from general wear and tear that cannot be removed via standard cleaning and maintenance processes
- Occurrences of detritus, organic, or man-made matter settling on the product surface
- Tea staining on stainless steel product surfaces
Exclusions for Electronics and Motion Components:
- Components and products used for commercial purposes
- 3-Year Extended Warranty is only available upon purchase at the time of purchasing the product
Exclusions for Other Products:
- Components and products used for commercial purposes
- Lightbulbs may be provided with King lighting products at King
